All shipments via the USPS are shipped with delivery confirmation. All shipments via the UPS are shipped with signature required. An authorized adult must be home to accept delivery of merchandise. Please make sure to provide an address that will have someone available to accept and sign the delivery ticket. In the event that your order is returned to us because several attempts have been made for delivery of your merchandise, you will be responsible for re-delivery charges. You may want to consider authorizing delivery to your work-place where someone is guaranteed to be during the work hours, if feasible.
PZI Jeans will not accept returns or exchanges for any items that are damaged due to accidents, destruction or misuse by the customer. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include items with stains, rips, or tears caused by customer.
