SHIPPING POLICY

FOR YOUR PROTECTION - you may be required to complete an authorization form and provide a pictured ID. This form will be e-mailed to you from PZI Jeans. Upon receipt of your completed form and ID, your order will be promptly shipped to you.

Shipment of Orders

We ship all orders from our Distribution Center within 1-3 business days from the time you order your items, excluding weekends. Upon completion of placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your order with an order number via the e-mail address you listed when you entered your order. Please make sure you enter the correct e-mail address to ensure you receive your order confirmation. Most people have multiple e-mail addresses. Your confirmation will be sent to the address you entered. Please be sure to check that e-mail address for status of your order. Your order confirmation will come from

. Please add this e-mail address to your address book to avoid it going to your spam folder. Also, check your spam folder frequently for missed e-mail.

Shipping and Handling Rates

United States Postal Service (USPS): We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders shipped via the USPS will be insured for loss and will require signature prior to delivery. 

Our Standard Shipping, Handling, Insurance and Signature Requirement Service for USPS is $11.00. However, all orders over $150.00 are still shipped free. If a customer does not want the signature requirement for their shipment, the customer should contact our customer service and request a waiver in writing. Thereafter, orders shipped to this customer will be shipped at the customer’s risk. . 

United Parcel Service (UPS):  We can ship ground via the United Parcel Service (UPS) when the customer chooses and pays to ship via UPS. UPS Ground service shipping and handling fee is $14.50 and are shipped with signature required. Delivery Information

United States Postal Service (USPS):  Packages are normally delivered to you by USPS within
5 – 7 business days after we ship.

United Parcel Service (UPS):  Packages are normally delivered to you by UPS within 3 - 5 business days after we ship.

Exceptions:  Our shipment and delivery are subject to these exceptions:

  • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer from the ship date to arrive.

  • Items shipped to APO/FPO military addresses are shipped only via USPS and will normally be delivered to the APO/FPO address within 5-10 business days from the ship date. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of the APO/FPO services.

  • Weather conditions.

International Shipments

  • We ship overseas. For overseas shipment, outside the continental United States, excluding APO/FPO shipments, we ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).There will be additional shipping charges and local customs duties/charges. After you place your order with shipment to an overseas location, excluding APO/FPO addresses, our customer service dept will determine the additional shipping charges and e-mail you a request for the additional shipping charges. Upon receipt of the additional payment, your order will be shipped to you. If we do not receive the additional funds within 10 business days of our request, we will cancel your order and refund your credit card. We also advise you to check with your local Customs office for the estimate of customs duties/charges prior to your shipment.
