FOR YOUR PROTECTION - you may be required to complete an authorization form and provide a pictured ID. This form will be e-mailed to you from PZI Jeans. Upon receipt of your completed form and ID, your order will be promptly shipped to you.
Shipment of Orders
We ship all orders from our Distribution Center within 1-3 business days from the time you order your items, excluding weekends. Upon completion of placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your order with an order number via the e-mail address you listed when you entered your order. Please make sure you enter the correct e-mail address to ensure you receive your order confirmation. Most people have multiple e-mail addresses. Shipping and Handling Rates
United States Postal Service (USPS): We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders shipped via the USPS will be insured for loss and will require signature prior to delivery.
Our Standard Shipping, Handling, Insurance and Signature Requirement Service for USPS is $14.35. However, all orders over $150.00 are still shipped free with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If a customer does not want the signature requirement for their shipment, the customer should contact our customer service and request a waiver in writing. Thereafter, orders shipped to this customer will be shipped at the customer’s risk. .
United Parcel Service (UPS): We can ship ground via the United Parcel Service (UPS) when the customer chooses and pays to ship via UPS. UPS Ground service rates are direct from UPS and shipped with signature required.
